Change Profit Center Group (KCH2)

Menu: Accounting > Controlling > Profit Center Accounting > Master Data > Profit Center Group > Change

Process Overview: Change (add, remove, delete) the Profit center group.

Screen 1:

Operation Process:

	1.	{{Profit Center Group}}	Enter the target Profit Center Group.
	2.		Click [Enter].

Processes: (1) New creation (2) Remove (3) Deletion

(1)New addition (Ex. Creating a profit center group ZZ00-PFITC in the same level as profit center group ZZ00-PFITB)

Screen (1)-1:

Operation Process:

1.		Position the cursor to the level to which the group is to be registered. (Ex.'ZZ00-PFT12')
2.		Click [Insert Profit Center Group on same level].
3.	{{Profit Center Group}}	Enter the target Profit Center Group. (Ex.'ZZ00-PFT13')
4.	{Description}	Enter the Description of the Profit Center Group. (Ex. 'RM Inc Manufacturing Department')
5.		Click [Save].

(2)Remove（Ex. Deleting "ZZ00-PFT13" from "ZZ00-PF01")

Screen (2)-1:

Operation Process:

	1.		Position the cursor to the target Profit Center Group. (Ex.'ZZ00-PFT13')
	2.		Click [Select].
	3.		Click [Remove].

Remarks:

	1.	Selecting [Remove] removes only the relevant Profit Center Groups within the current hierarchy.
	2.	If not saved after remove, the remove will be cancelled.

(3) Deletion (Ex. Deleting "ZZ00-PFT13")

Screen (3)-1:

Operation Process:

	1.		Position the cursor to the target Profit Center Group. (Ex.'ZZ00-PFT13')
	2.		Click [Select].
	3.		Click [Delete].

Screen (3)-2:

Operation Process:

	1.		Click [Delete].
	2.		Click [Save].

Remarks

	1.	Selecting [Delete] deletes the relevant Profit Center Groups from all Profit center groups.
	2.	Once the deletion is processed, it cannot be reversed.
