Plan Price Computation (KSPI)

Menu: Accounting > Controlling > Cost Center Accounting > Planning > Allocations > Price Calculation

Process Overview: Calculate plan prices.

Screen 1:

Operation Process:

Cost centers
1.	{Cost center group}	Enter this field when specifying a specific cost center group.
2.	{All Cost Centers}	Select this option if you want to include all cost centers in the processing.
Business processes
3.	{Bus. Process Group}	Enter this field when specifying a business process.
4.	{All Business Processes}	Select this option if you want to include all business processes in the processing.
Parameters
5.	{{Version}}	Enter the version.
6.	{{Period}}	Enter the fiscal period.
7.	{{Fiscal Year}}	Enter the fiscal year.
Processing
8.	{Background Processing}	Select this option to perform background (job) processing.
9.	{Test Run}	Select this option to run test.
10.	{Detail Lists}	Select this option to display the detail list after processing execution.
11.		Click [Execute]. (Test run)

Remarks:

	1.	For the first execution, select [Test run] before execution.
	2.	If the test result is OK, deselect Test run option and execute.

Screen 2:

Operation Process:

Check the calculation results.

Remarks:

	1.	If the [Save] button is clicked, update run is performed even if Test run is selected in Screen 1.
	2.	Clicking this button brings up a dialog box confirming the [posting]. If you are not posting, select [No].
