Process Overview: Create a Sales or Accrued Revenue document from SD module.
Screen 1:

Operation Process :
| 1. | {{Customer}} | Enter the Customer account for loan report. | |
| 2. | {{Invoice date}} | Enter any date. (Used as a substitute for a memorandum.) | |
| 3. | {{Posting Date}} | Enter the document management date. (Ex. Enter '2016.05.xx' for the document of May 2016.) | |
| 4. | {{Amount}} | Enter the item amount. | |
| 5. | {{Currency}} | Enter the Currency code for managing the item amount. Change if the operation is a foreign currency entry. (Ex. 'JPY' Japanese Yen) |

| 6. | {Calculate tax} | Select this option when calculating a consumption tax automatically. | |
| 7. | {Tax} | When calculating the consumption tax automatically, select the Tax code. | |
| 8. | {Text} | Enter the loan item abstract. | |

Operation Process:

| 2. | {Pmnt Block} | Select this option when blocking incoming payment temporarily. (Ex. 'Payment block') | |
| 3. | {{Pmt Method}} | Enter the Payment method. (Ex.'1' Cash incoming payment) | |

| 2. | {{D/C}} | Enter the item debit/credit. | |
| 3. | {{Amount in doc. curr.}} | Enter the item amount. | |
| 4. | {Tax code} | Enter the consumption tax for the item. (Ex. 'U5'5% levy-sales) | |
