Invoice (Enjoy) (FB70)

Menu: Accounting > Financial Accounting > Accounts Receivable > Document Entry > Invoice

Process Overview: Create a Sales or Accrued Revenue document from SD module.


Screen 1:

Operation Process :

1. {{Customer}} Enter the Customer account for loan report.
2. {{Invoice date}} Enter any date. (Used as a substitute for a memorandum.)
3. {{Posting Date}} Enter the document management date. (Ex. Enter '2016.05.xx' for the document of May 2016.)
4. {{Amount}} Enter the item amount.
5. {{Currency}} Enter the Currency code for managing the item amount. Change if the operation is a foreign currency entry.
(Ex. 'JPY' Japanese Yen)
6. {Calculate tax} Select this option when calculating a consumption tax automatically.
7. {Tax} When calculating the consumption tax automatically, select the Tax code.
8. {Text} Enter the loan item abstract.
9. Select [Payment] tab.

Supplement:

1. The contents of the customer master can be checked on the right section of the screen.

Screen 2:

Operation Process:

1. {{Bline Date}} Enter the incoming payment baseline date.
2. {Pmnt Block} Select this option when blocking incoming payment temporarily. (Ex. 'Payment block')
3. {{Pmt Method}} Enter the Payment method. (Ex.'1' Cash incoming payment)
4. Select [Details] tab.

Screen 3:

Operation Process:

1. {Assign.} Enter the loan item sort key.
2. {HeaderText} Enter the document abstract.
3. {{Bus. Area}} Enter the Business area for the loan item.

Screen 4:

Operation Process :

1. {{G/L acct}} Enter the item account code.
2. {{D/C}} Enter the item debit/credit.
3. {{Amount in doc. curr.}} Enter the item amount.
4. {Tax code} Enter the consumption tax for the item. (Ex. 'U5'5% levy-sales)
5. {{Business area}} Enter the Business area of the item.
6. {{Profit center}} Enter the Profit center of the item.
7. Click [Profit.segment].

Screen 5:

Operation Process:

1. {Customer} Enter the Customer code for analysis.
2. {Product} Enter the Sales material code for analysis.
3. {Sales Org.} Enter the Sales organization for analysis.
4. Click [Derivation].
5. Click [Continue].

Remarks:

1. Enter at least one of the three input fields from Operation Process 1.

Operation Process:

1. Click [Simulate] to check the document overview.

Supplement:

1. The input field mandatory/optional condition varies according to the account. (The field that is output to the screen varies according to the setting.)
2. The amount information column with a sign other than is not a complete document. Modify or add the necessary field or value.

Screen 6:

Operation process :

1. Click [Post].

Remarks:

1. Since a tax account is added to the item after simulation when tax amount automatic calculation is selected, check the amount.
