Vendor Item List (FBL1N)

Menu: Accounting > Financial Accounting > Accounts Payable > Account > Display/Change Line Items

Process Overview: Create an item list (Cleared / Open item selection) by Vendor (drill-down report).


Screen 1:

Operation Process:

Vendor selection
1. {{Vendor account}} Enter the Vendor account to be displayed.
2. {{Company code}} Enter the Company code to be displayed.
Line item selection
 Status
3. {Open items} Specify this option for creating an open item list.
{Cleared items} Specify this option for creating a cleared item list.
{All items} Specify this option for creating a list of both open items and cleared items.
Type
4. {Normal items} Select normal items.
{Special G/L transactions} Select the Item posted using Special G/L.
{Parked items} Select this option for extracting parked items.
{Customer items} Select also customer items. (Only when a vendor is set in the customer master.)
5. Click [Execute].

Remarks:

1. Select one or more [Type]. (Multiple types can be selected.)
2. Enter a date of each processing for [Status].
(Enter the Baseline date for an Open item, the Baseline date or the Clearing date for a Cleared item, and the Posting date for All items.)

Screen 2:

Operation Process: The processes starting from this process are for the addition of display fields.

1. Click [Change Layout].

Screen 3:

Operation Process:

1. Select (click on) the field to be displayed from the non-display fields.
2. Click [Show Sel. Fields].
3. When [Copy] is click, the layout changes.

Supplement:

1. The position or length of the field can be changed by changing the numeric digits in the list of the [Line 1] tab.

  1. In an item list, sorting of document numbers and aggregation by date can be performed.
